Spiral storage tanks are manufactured from non toxic High Density Polyethylene and Polypropylene by unique spiral winding process with German Technology. The HDPE Tanks are withstand an extreme temperature range up to 70ºC and PP Tanks are upto 100ºC. Spiral tanks are specifically designed and made for storing various Liquids/chemicals.
The Spiral tanks are available in capacities up to 40KL in wide ranges, shapes and Sizes in Vertical, Horizontal, Rectangular, Conical & Flat bottom to suit our customer requirement. Come with all accessories-flanged Inlets, Outlets, Sight Glasses, Level Indicators and Manhole.

We manufacture Large size PPCP/PPH Pickling Tanks for steel industries for pickling process of M.S. and Stainless Steel coils/bars/pipes. These tanks are manufactured from PPCP/PPH/PPFRP/FRV. Thermoplastic pickling tanks are offered with specially designed Lip Type Hood for fume collection from the sides of the tank. This kind of hood is suitable for the batch pickling operation for continuous pickling operation. Hood can be offered in top mounted and of any suitable shape like semi arch type or canopy type. We also offer pickling tanks with suitable hood and fume scrubber with centrifugal exhaust fan, ducting network, stack or chimney and with thermoplastic re-circulation pump for scrubber with piping.
